REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

We carefully inspect all products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, and being a small business; orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, refunded or returned.

 

Your satisfaction is important to us. 

We will replace, or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Bizzieb.ep21@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
